18th December 2011 - Well, a couple of weeks since weaning and Lunar Eclipse went to his new home with Carleen, Emma and Ryan today.  Going to miss the little fellow, such a quick learner and very willing, very proud of him.

30th October 2011 - Reuben has gone to his new owner today, good luck Karen!  I know you love my boy as much as I do and will do great with him.

23rd October 2011 - Franhwerd Reuben and I went to our first show today, both his and mine!  I think he was calmer than I was.  We got a 4th in mixed breed youngstock, and 6th in mixed age small M&M.  So proud of him, he did exactly as asked when asked, and waited patiently while the others did their individual bit.  Such a star!

8th October 2011 - Buyers are like buses - I have recently had several enquiries about Reuben, and he is now going to a fabulous home in a few weeks.  He was weaned a week ago and is making good progress with view to attending a show in 2 weeks.

15th September 2011 - Northfields Pearl has been blood tested in foal for 2012 to Farchynys Andreas, wohoo!

5th September 2011 - Franhwerd Esme came 2nd in Small Welsh Youngstock & 7th Section A in a large class at Royal London with Jessica.   They are doing so well!

4th September 2011 - Nineoaks Esmeralda was Reserve Champion Section A at Orsett Show yesterday, an excellent end to the season for her.  She then came home with me, and has settled back in with Pearl as if she'd never been away.

1st August 2011 - Where has the time gone??  Some updates then...

Franhwerd Lunar Eclipse was sold at 2 weeks old and will go to his new owners at weaning to be driven when he grows up.  He is going through some very interesting colour changes as he grows up!

Franhwerd Esme came 1st M&M and 1st Youngstock at Churchfields show on 31st July with her owner Jessica in strong classes, qualifying for Equifest, Royal London and the Amateur Showing Society show.  Very proud of both of them!

Franhwerd Baringa got a 6th at the Tendring Hundred County show on 9th July and has now starting the backing process, can't believe he is 3 already this year!

16th June 2011 - Fosterhouses Florentina has finally foaled a gorgeous buckskin colt!  Definitely worth the wait.  Eye catching and showing plenty of attitude already.  For sale.

5th June 2011 - Still waiting for Fosterhouses Florentina's foal to make an appearance, getting bored of waiting now and she thinks it's no fun being pregnant in hot weather.

1st June 2011 - Nineoaks Esmeralda came 2nd at Suffolk County show today, excellent result!

31st May 2011 - Franhwerd Esme went to her new home today with Jessica, she was a very good girl and loaded like a pro with no stressing at all.  There is always a mixture of sadness and excitement when waving off the babies!  Wishing her new owner lots of fun with her.

13th May 2011 - Nineoaks Esmeralda came 1st Section A Adults and in the final 4 of the Supreme M&M Championship at The Royal Windsor Horse Show today, wohoo!  Very pleased with the result!

7th May 2011 - Fosterhouses Florentina has had a small bag for three weeks now, but doesn't look anywhere near ready to pop.  A good job too, as it's not due until 2nd June, so I don't mind if she hangs onto it a bit longer. I will be glad when it is safely delivered, not sure my nerves can cope with more than two foalings a year!

6th May 2011 - Northfields Pearl has been running with my stallion Farchynys Andreas for the past week and is hopefully now cooking me a lovely foal for 2012.

1st May 2011 - Nineoaks Esmeralda came second in a combined stallion and mare class at the NPS Area 14 Spring Show, beaten only by a stallion.  Good result, looking forward to the rest of her season.

27th April 2011 - I've seen some lovely photos of Sid in her new home today, and have been told that she is being a good girl for them.  So pleased for them all.

22th April 2011 - Nineoaks Esmeralda has been covered by Idyllic Entrepreneur for a 2012 foal, fingers crossed!

20th April 2011 - I delivered Chanwin Sidan to her new home today, to be a companion and lead rein pony, with the lovely Kate, Chloe, Sophie and family.  Wishing them lots of fun together for the future!

7th April 2011 - I had a surprise this morning - Blaidd Rebecca foaled!  It wasn't entirely unexpected, but she didn't see fit to give me any warnings this year and saved me sitting up.  So the poor foal was born on rubber matting and concrete and is now struggling with the big straw bed I put down!  Rebecca is such a good mum though, and her little lad was all dry, up, drinking and running around when I got there.  Sweet little boy I've named Reuben and am looking forward to watching him unfold.  More details on the Foals page.  He is for sale, please contact me if you are interested!

12th March 2011 - Franhwerd Esme has been turned out with the big girls.  She settled straight in, such a star.  Fosterhouses Florentina has been brought back to the stable yard so that she can get used to it before she foals.

10th March 2011 - Blaidd Rebecca has started bagging up, so the countdown begins for 2011 foaling!

5th March 2011 - Nineoaks Esmeralda has gone to Liesl Burt's to prepare for her show season, looking forward to her results.  The decision has also been made to cover her with Idyllic Entrepreneur for a 2012 foal.

1st January 2011 - Happy New Year everyone!  2010 was a good year, let's make 2011 even better. I am looking forward to this year's foals and Nineoaks Esmeralda's show season, as well as perhaps trying out one of two small shows myself.  Wishing everyone lots of success and health for the coming year.
